Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the accounting channel, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Lead Channel Development: Oversee the development and execution of channel-specific strategies, including product development, marketing, and sales initiatives.
  • Manage Sales and Revenue Growth: Directly responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across the accounting channel, with a focus on expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of sales and relationship managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including accountants, bookkeepers, and other industry professionals, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide Market Insights and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong Business Development and Relationship Management Skills: Excellent business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams.
