We are seeking an Experienced Contact Centre Officer to join our team and provide high-quality support to victims of crime.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to enquiries, providing information and advice on the Financial Assistance Scheme, and conveying financial assistance information clearly and accurately. They will also be required to work in a sensitive and respectful manner with victim/survivors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in delivering victim support services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to pursuing a culturally safe workplace and organisation.

You will also need to possess relevant qualifications and/or experience in community services, social work, criminology, psychology, victim services and/or family violence.
