About This Role

The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and delivering engagement programs and fundraising campaigns that maximise the value provided for donors — spiritually, personally, and communally — while increasing donor income.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement high-quality fundraising campaigns (e.g., email, direct mail, digital marketing, events, etc.) to achieve engagement and income targets.
  • Provide excellent project management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with strong outcomes.
  • Analyse campaign results, report on KPIs, and suggest improvements.
  • Design and implement donor journeys reflecting different supporter lifecycle stages: Acquisition, retention, upgrade, reactivation.
  • Create personalised, timely, and meaningful communications to enhance supporter loyalty and giving.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
