The Development Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Donor Relations Manager to expand the donor circle by cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of 120 – 190 major donors contributing $1,000 to $5,000.
About This Opportunity:This role is critical in the Development Team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and maintain relationships with major donors, resulting in increased philanthropic support for our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and steward a portfolio of 120 – 190 major donors, identifying opportunities for growth and increasing their contributions to $1,000 to $5,000.
- Work closely with the major gift team to develop and implement strategies to engage and solicit new and upgrading current individual members and donors with personalized approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with stakeholders, maintaining a detailed understanding of programs, facilities, and fundraising initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of related experience in fundraising or business development.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with diverse individuals and groups.
- Familiarity with Oregon, Pacific Northwest, and U.S. history is an asset.
