
Key Growth Business Developer

This role involves identifying potential new accounts and engaging with qualified leads to convert them into meetings for the sales team. The job requires a mix of outbound cold calling and handling inbound opportunities.
- Create new business opportunities to drive growth through a combination of outbound and inbound leads.
- Engage mid-market companies via phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify solutions.
- Pursue autonomy to improve processes, training, technology use, and other aspects of the business.
- Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business.
- Conduct high volumes of calls and activities to book qualified meetings for the AE team.
- Maintain good CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be comfortable making a high volume of calls (50+ calls/day).
- Be a strong communicator with good active listening skills.
- Passionate about solving problems and assisting teammates.
- Be a team player who is willing to share knowledge as needed.
- Coachable and eager for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
