About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team as a Key Growth Officer. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to drive results.

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase lead generation in key markets.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to establish partnerships and collaborations that drive business growth.
  • Create and execute comprehensive training programs for international students, focusing on emerging markets.
  • Establish and manage a dedicated flight attendant program, including course content and training aspects.
  • Pursue process improvement opportunities to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing the development and implementation of strategies that maximize lead generation in key markets.
