Job Description:

The role of Assistant Director, Workforce Reporting and Analytics, is a critical position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining workforce management systems, data, and analysis to support evidence-based decision making.

This includes evaluating workforce data and reporting to analyze trends, identify capability gaps, and leverage insights to inform workforce planning. The role works closely with operational support teams to embed best practice, implement improvements with a strong customer focus to deliver significant organizational impact through consistent and efficient process delivery.

  • A strong understanding of workforce planning and management in an APS context to support strategic outcomes.">
  • Developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships, providing analysis and judgment on complex reporting and dashboards.">
  • Leading and managing a service-oriented team to deliver high-quality service delivery, including building team capability and encouraging career development.">
  • Reporting, updating, and communicating with stakeholders on ongoing operational reporting and dashboarding actions.">
  • Providing high-quality and timely advice internally and externally, including guidance and reporting to Branch leadership and the Senior Executive cohort.">
  • Communicating and making decisions using professional judgment, evaluating risks in a complex and changing environment.">
