Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Performance Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing performance improvement strategies across various sectors and client types.

The role involves supporting key analytical and system development activities for our clients, including:

  • Data Strategy: Providing data strategy and design recommendations based on data maturity diagnostics.
  • Digital Technology: Developing digital technology strategies, including investment recommendations.
  • Project Implementation: Leading digital project implementation through stakeholder management and scope coordination.
  • Client Reports: Developing key client data insight reports to drive enhanced portfolio performance and management.
  • Management Systems: Developing program/portfolio management systems to improve delivery reporting and control.
  • Data Management: Deploying enhanced data management frameworks and managing increased levels of data competency across organisations.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and consulting skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams across multiple clients.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business management, project management, or information technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and consulting skills.
  • Preferred experience working in teams across multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in digital and technology strategy and enhancement recommendations.

Desirable Skills

  • System knowledge in Business Intelligence (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Programming skills in Python/R Data, MS Visual Studio.
  • MS365 Power Platform.
  • Database Platform Development (Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Azure).
