Lead Financial Strategist and Operations Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Financial Strategist and Operations Expert to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward through strategic financial planning and operational excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement financial plans that align with our company's vision and goals. You will be accountable for building a high-performing financial team and responsible for reporting business and financial performance to our board and investors.
As a seasoned financial leader, you will provide sound financial insights to senior leadership, CEO, and the Board to aid critical decisions across the business. You will also hunt and advocate for company growth opportunities while intelligently deploying finite Company resources.
Additionally, you will manage multiple stakeholder groups and serve as the external-facing Company representative for the finance function. You will play a key role in securing equity funds and communicating with investors.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute actively to all discussions and decisions at the senior leadership level of the organization.
- Provide sound financial insights to senior leadership, CEO, and the Board to aid critical decisions across the business.
