We are seeking an experienced Vendor Performance Strategist to join our team and drive the strategic management and performance of outsourced agreements and external partner programs/project services.

This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to understand long-term business goals and determine portfolio requirements. You will be responsible for negotiating contract terms, developing new contracts, and managing partner service relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing suppliers at senior management level, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering commercial benefits through (re)negotiations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage supplier relationships and ensure high-performing supply chains.
  • Negotiate and manage large-scale IT outsourcing agreements utilizing standardized policy and procedure.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.

  • Experience in managing complex projects and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in a Commercial/Business discipline, preferably post-graduate level.
