About Us:

Holiday Inn is a world-renowned hotel brand dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We're seeking an accomplished Front Office Supervisor who will take ownership of creating unforgettable memories for our valued customers.

Your Role:

You'll be the face of our hotel, leading our team of Guest Service Agents and Hotel Service Team Members to deliver seamless guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring they feel at home
  • Leading by example, managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
  • Preparing department rosters and maintaining accurate timecards and schedules
  • Ensuring correct cashiering procedures are followed during opening and closing duties
  • Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve monthly targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout all guest touchpoints
  • Championing guest loyalty by acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
  • Managing payments, transactions, and guest security
  • Making check-in and check-out processes swift and seamless while resolving issues and queries
  • Anticipating guests' needs and offering tailored recommendations

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits designed to support your wellbeing and career growth.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A qualification in Hospitality Management or similar
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Front Office position
  • Experience leading a team is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems, such as Opera
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Fluency in English (additional languages welcome)
