Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team, managing guest experiences, and ensuring that all aspects of the Front Office operation run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with warm welcomes
  • Leading the way – managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations
  • Coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Assisting with preparing department rosters and ensuring accurate timekeeping
  • Ensuring correct cashiering procedures are followed in accordance with hotel standards
  • Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve monthly targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout all guest touchpoints
  • Championing guest loyalty and recognizing IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field (highly regarded)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Front Office position
  • Experience leading a team (not required but highly regarded)
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
