**Key Responsibilities Include**:
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the spiritual, social, and emotional wellbeing of students regardless of faith or beliefs. This will involve providing support for day-to-day matters affecting the school community and communicating effectively with a diverse group of people.

**What You Will Need to Succeed**:

- A Certificate IV in Youth Work; or
- A Certificate IV in Pastoral Care; or
- An equivalent qualification which must include competencies in 'mental health' and making appropriate referrals

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**:

- Work experience in the education sector, particularly in student support
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and work systems relevant to the role

**Pre-Employment Requirements**:

- Working with Children Check
- Agreeing to child safe policies
- Training in responding to risk of harm, abuse, and neglect in education and care settings
