Spiritual Care Lead

Eldercare is a purpose-driven organisation that values compassion and community. We are currently seeking an experienced Spiritual Care Lead to join our team.

  • This high-impact role involves overseeing the delivery of integrated spiritual care services, reflecting Eldercare's wellbeing strategy and Model of Care.
  • The successful candidate will lead and champion our Spiritual Care Approach, ensuring every individual is supported in mind, body, and spirit.

In this challenging position, you will introduce and drive continuous improvement in spiritual care practice, including ongoing program monitoring and strategy development.

  • You will provide vision, direction, and professional guidance to an established team of site-based Spiritual Care Practitioners and other organisational leaders through training, coaching, and sharing best practice.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in theology/ministry, counselling, pastoral care or equivalent from an accredited program. You must have demonstrated leadership skills and administration skills as a Coordinator and/or Senior Spiritual Care Practitioner.

  • Capacity to work at Level 3 or 4 of the Capability Framework for Spiritual Care Practitioners is essential.
