We provide compassionate care to seniors in Adelaide, Australia.

This high-impact role oversees the delivery of integrated spiritual care services that reflect our wellbeing strategy and Model of Care.

Key responsibilities include introducing and driving continuous improvement in spiritual care practice, providing vision, direction, and professional guidance to an established team of site-based Spiritual Care Practitioners and other organisational leaders through training, coaching, and sharing best practice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a contemporary spiritual care model across a multisite residential aged care organisation.
  • Oversee the delivery of integrated spiritual care services that align with our wellbeing strategy and Model of Care.
  • Provide professional guidance to an established team of site-based Spiritual Care Practitioners and other organisational leaders.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in theology/ministry, counselling, pastoral care or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Capacity to work at Level 3 or 4 of the Capability Framework for Spiritual Care Practitioners.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and administration skills as a Coordinator and/or Senior Spiritual Care Practitioner.
