This newly created role is responsible for ensuring the coordination and delivery of compassionate spiritual care across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring each individual's spiritual needs are met through personal interaction or team collaboration, reflected in care planning and daily support.">
  • Providing spiritual care during life's challenging moments – illness, grief, or times of transition.">
  • Fostering an inclusive environment that honours all beliefs, whether by personal action or empowering others to do the same.">
  • Leading education and mentoring initiatives to build confidence and competence in providing spiritual care.">
  • Nurturing partnerships with local leaders to enrich support provided.">
">About You">

We're looking for a compassionate leader with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of spiritual care within a healthcare setting. You'll have hands-on experience delivering spiritual care as part of a multidisciplinary team, and a genuine passion for supporting people through life's meaningful moments.

A degree in divinity, theology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, and additional certifications in spiritual care or counselling are highly desirable. Cultural sensitivity is also essential.
