Eldercare is seeking a professional to champion our approach, supporting individuals in mind, body and spirit.

This role will oversee the delivery of integrated spiritual care services, reflecting our wellbeing strategy and Model of Care. You will provide vision, direction and guidance to an established team, introducing and driving continuous improvement in spiritual care practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a contemporary spiritual care model across a multisite organisation.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of Spiritual Care Practitioners, providing training, coaching and sharing best practice.
  • Collaborate with organisational leaders to drive spiritual care initiatives and ensure alignment with our wellbeing strategy.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in theology/ministry, counselling, pastoral care or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Capacity to work at Level 3 or 4 of the Capability Framework for Spiritual Care Practitioners.
  • Demonstrated leadership and administration skills as a Coordinator and/or Senior Spiritual Care Practitioner.
