About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at Plan Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development strategy that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative training solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance to leaders and managers on learning and development programs and practices.
  • Develop and implement learning solutions that align with our company's vision, purpose, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end learning projects, including skills audits, training needs analysis, and solution design.
  • Measure the success of learning solutions and drive positive behavioral change.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Learning and Development environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, designing, and facilitating blended learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning and development best practices.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and work autonomously.
  • Consulting, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
