About the Role

Davidson is seeking a skilled Learning Developer/Instructional Content Specialist to join our team in Brisbane CBD. As a key member of our Learning Development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning materials and activities that support our service delivery program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to plan, develop, and deliver a range of learning resources, including digital and face-to-face interventions.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning materials, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Participate in consultations, including training needs analysis and training plans, to ensure our learning solutions are aligned with organisational strategies.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of learning solutions, using data to inform continuous improvement and ensure our learning materials remain relevant and effective.
  • Coordinate projects within prescribed timeframes, liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.
  • 3+ years' experience in a learning development/instructional design role, designing and developing digital and face-to-face learning interventions.
  • Experience administering and deploying learning content in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, TechSmith Camtasia, or Adobe Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for needs analysis, data analysis, and tackling challenges and efficiencies.
