We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join our People and Capability team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of a Learning Management System that will build upon and improve our people's capability
- Liaise with technical experts within the business to design and prepare training materials to support the delivery of training programs
- Administer multiple Organisational Development Programs, including inviting participants, booking program meetings, setting up training rooms, and liaising with the administrative team
- Develop your skills in training delivery and facilitation of key programs
- Support the design and structure of all learning programs, modules, and content delivered via the Workday Learning Management System (WLMS)
