We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Flying Doctor Service. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration, coordination, delivery, and reporting of our learning and development programs.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user experience and efficient program delivery.
- Provide expert advice and support to leaders and educators to achieve best practice learning outcomes in the LMS.
- Maintain the compliance training framework and training registers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and analyze L&D reports from the LMS, providing actionable insights for program improvement.
- Coordinate the delivery of L&D programs and workshops, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Support onboarding and online inductions for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Administer the service recognition program and reward & recognition program, fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition.
- Formal qualifications in Training and Education (minimum certificate IV) or relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing an LMS and navigating systems quickly, confidently, and accurately.
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office suites, particularly Excel for reporting purposes, and programs for the development of learning materials and documentation.
- Professional, effective, and accurate communication both verbal and written.
- Ability to work productively while managing multiple tasks and navigating competing priorities to meet allocated deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
