Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality support services to our Managed Services customers. As part of our National Managed Services team, you will engage in diverse tasks to maintain and develop customer agreements, facilitate new ones, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Providing exceptional customer service through adherence to our delivery methodology.
  • Handling inbound and outbound inquiries promptly via phone and email.
  • Coordinating end-to-end asset deployments and collections.
  • Managing stock coordination and lease contracts.
  • eCommerce portal coordination and testing.
  • Generating reports on time for customers and internal teams.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in service desk or related customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and components procurement.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-centric focus with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in Asset Management or ServiceNow platform is advantageous.
  • Full training will be provided to selected candidates.
