Role Overview

This role supports Business Development Managers with administrative functions, ensuring a high level of customer service to ME accredited brokers and aggregators. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in ME products and processes, resolving issues efficiently and providing exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities


  • Resolving broker-initiated inquiries and issues;
  • Assisting with administrative functions to support Business Development Managers;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ME accredited brokers and aggregators;
  • Maintaining knowledge of ME products and processes.
