We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Client Service Consultant to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. As part of IAG, the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand, we underwrite over $13 billion of premium per annum.

As an Insurance Client Service Consultant, you will work closely with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance and support. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a customer-first approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You will also have a high level of technical competence, including proficiency in multiple systems and platforms.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with hybrid work arrangements available after the 6-month probation period subject to business requirements. The start date for this role is flexible for the right candidate.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus 13% superannuation as standard. We also provide access to up to 50% off home and motor insurance, flexibility and support so you can live life to the full, and work in a team who care about people and community.

  • Underwriting and product knowledge is desirable but not necessary.
  • An understanding of the general insurance industry is also desirable but not necessary.
