Professional Development Coordinator

What your day will look like....
In your role as Professional Development Coordinator, your day will be filled with dynamic interactions as you facilitate training initiatives and provide clinical direction to health practitioners and caregivers. You'll engage in high-level communication to foster collaborative relationships, while also developing and evaluating professional development programs that enhance the skills needed to support children affected by trauma. With a focus on evidence-based practices, you'll lead clinical supervision and mentoring efforts, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and making a lasting impact on the mental health of vulnerable youth.
