Wolff Power is an innovative electrical consultancy/contractor that specialises in the design, construction, operations and maintenance of generation plants and high and low voltage networks across Queensland and New South Wales.
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven **Business Development Administrator** to join the team in Toowoomba.
The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. High level written and verbal communication skills are essential with strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a key resource for tender submissions, and tender and contract-related activities
- Administrative and quality assurance support
- Monitor and review supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
- Identify, develop and execute marketing campaigns, project launches and drive brand awareness
- Monitoring and maintain company website
- Develop engaging content for social media and monitoring results
- Supporting the development of long-term business plans and growth initiatives.
**About you**:
- Detail-oriented, organised, and be an analytical thinker with attention for detail
- Ability to be adaptable is important, as you will often handle multiple tasks and support various projects
- Proactive, results-driven while having a positive can-do attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with KPIs, and reporting metrics
- Demonstrate commercial and business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with internal teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate marketing plans, share insights, and engage with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Design Software
- Valid QLD drivers’ licence.
**Desirable experience**:
- Experience in marketing, media relations in either the public or private sector
- PowerBi, SharePoint, IMS and CRM Software
- Digital marketing and social media experience advantageous.
