Customer Service Team Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading customer service functions, demonstrating strong leadership skills, effective supervision, and development of staff to deliver high-quality and timely customer service outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can lead and direct a team in a fast-paced customer service environment, promoting continuous improvement and driving innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role, you will provide people management and project support to the Manager, Customer Service, and contribute to the development of our operational framework, policies, and processes.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, ability to build collaborative working relationships, educate, and communicate with influence.
You will also be responsible for managing and resolving complex and escalated worker and employer queries, promoting continuous improvement activities, and developing innovative solutions to improve systems and procedures.
The successful candidate will be motivated, experienced, and looking for a new challenge.

Please note that the salary range for this position is $91,418 - $103,725 per annum.
