Customer Service and Education Leadership Position

The Portable Long Service Authority oversees the administration of the Long Service Benefits Portability Act 2018.
Main Responsibilities:- Direct a team in a dynamic customer service environment, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex queries related to process entitlements and legislation interpretation.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and develop innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop operational frameworks policies and processes informing the customer service and education strategy.
As a Team Leader - Customer Service and Education professional, you will have demonstrated experience leading a customer service function strong leadership effective supervision and staff development skills. You will also be able to communicate changing priorities model a flexible approach and design improvements to business processes and policies.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills including staff management conflict resolution and communication strategic planning and vision execution team collaboration and coaching accountability and performance metrics analysis problem-solving and decision-making flexibility adaptability and resilience resourcefulness creativity and innovation professionalism discretion integrity and ethics self-awareness emotional intelligence and empathy team player ability to work under pressure think critically analyse data and information effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks delegate responsibilities as needed manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
