Job Title

Your leadership will ensure effective and efficient service delivery across various areas, including animal management and welfare, littering and waste, parking, and broader local law matters.

You will foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture, driving continuous improvement in both processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Set clear direction, provide coaching and development, and empower team members to succeed
  • Ensure effective and efficient service delivery across various areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and support others in navigating high workloads while maintaining a focus on timely and effective outcomes
