A great opportunity exists for a highly skilled and qualified Aquatic Services Coordinator to join our team in VIC. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for leading a passionate, professional, and engaged swim school team.

The role requires exceptional customer service skills, an in-depth knowledge of aquatic programs, and detailed aquatic industry knowledge. You will deliver lessons and provide leadership to the team, ensuring the delivery of swim school programs to the highest standard possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Implement and promote aquatic programs in line with established standards">
  • Plan and organize lessons, providing leadership to the team">
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to business objectives">
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, working closely with the leadership team">
  • Meet set KPIs, including financial performance and program retention">

Requirements:

">

You will have a passion for swimming and the progression of students. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment and demonstrated ability to lead a team are required.

Qualifications:

  • National Police Check">
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate">
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)">
  • Current Swim Teaching Certificate">
  • Swim Teaching extension certificates (desirable)">
