The organization seeks a Strategic Fundraising Leader to develop and implement fundraising strategies, focusing on hybrid environments with opportunities to work part-time or full time.
About the RoleThe Strategic Fundraising Leader will report to the Head of Fundraising & Development and play a key role in shaping and implementing the fundraising strategy. This involves leading the donor journey across multiple fundraising streams, focusing on developing an individual giving strategy and appeals program to acquire, engage, inspire, and retain individual and corporate donors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Lead the donor journey, creating a seamless experience across multiple fundraising streams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize funding opportunities.
- Design and execute individual giving strategies and appeals programs to drive growth and retention.
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and identify new prospects for partnerships.
