Strategic Fundraising Leader

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the growth of our philanthropic program, working collaboratively with a passionate team tackling real-world health challenges.
Our focus is on conducting impactful research that leads to tangible clinical outcomes in areas such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, and neurological conditions.
Your ImpactYou will be responsible for leading philanthropic growth and developing donor-centric stewardship strategies to increase significant financial support and impact, meeting strategic goals across our philanthropy portfolio.
You will work closely with our Foundation team to develop and manage the Philanthropy program, focusing on Major Gifts and Trust and Foundations.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure and increase revenue across our Philanthropy and Trusts and Foundations programs.
- Lead the development, and long-term growth of positive relationships with prospective and confirmed high-value supporters.
- Developing and executing engagement and recognition strategies for all donors across our Philanthropy portfolio.
- Proven success developing and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives with a focus on high-net-worth fundraising.
- Experience prospecting, cultivating, and leading strong and flourishing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and other potential major donors.
- Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of major donors and foundations.
