About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced philanthropy leader to spearhead our fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a track record in securing major donations and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure major donations from high net worth individuals, companies, trusts and foundations.
  • Manage relationships with key government stakeholders and collaborate with the executive director to achieve strategic objectives.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in philanthropic fundraising, sales, business development or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of success in securing significant donations and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups, including major donors, government officials and community leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet fundraising goals.
