Job Title:

Strategic Growth Leader

Key Role:

The Strategic Growth Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our organisation through innovative fundraising and community engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve significant growth in income and influence.
  • Develop and implement creative fundraising and community outreach plans to meet organisational objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to ensure best practice in fundraising activities, adhering to relevant standards.
  • Manage marketing, communications, fundraising, and community engagement functions to ensure effective support for the organisation's goals.
Skill Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with significant management skills in a complex organisation.
  • Tertiary education relevant to the position, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and knowledge of diverse values.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, conceptualise solutions, and execute them effectively.
