Contract Support Specialist

At CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and business support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Collate and process timesheets, expenses, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in compiling contract review packs and attending monthly meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent PC-based skills, with a high level of experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
