Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client information, including training, inductions, and new starters/leavers.
  • Process and track timesheets and expenses, providing training to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.
  • Assist in compiling and reviewing contract reports, including site and area monthly contract review packs.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance visits for technicians and sub-contractors.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance contract performance and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing role, with a focus on finance and administration.
  • Excellent PC-based skills, with intermediate to advanced level experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SimPro and Firemate software.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
