Executive Summary:

As a Senior Account Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by proactively engaging with enterprise clients to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Your primary objective will be to consistently exceed sales targets by fostering strong relationships with customers, leveraging strategic partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each enterprise client
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with government and enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and system engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of Trend Micro's cybersecurity solutions
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas of opportunity for sales growth and develop targeted strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Prioritize and manage a large portfolio of customer relationships to ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure alignment and drive success
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices, discuss challenges, and align on sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including meeting notes, email correspondence, and phone calls
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a customer-centric approach
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in government and enterprise account management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with key decision-makers at enterprise clients
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
