Lead Business Strategy

This role is responsible for leading and championing supply chain business strategy. You will collaborate with logistics teams to drive performance improvement and transformation by harnessing the power of business insights and analytics.
The main objective of this role is to formulate future direction and strategy, providing strategic insights and commercially focused intelligence. You will develop transformation and business improvement initiatives to enhance profitability, capital efficiency, and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include driving supply chain inputs for the annual planning and budget cycle, establishing financial forecasts and goals. Additionally, you will monitor and review supply chain performance, taking remedial action and identifying opportunities for improvement.
A successful candidate will be a business leader with 10+ years in a commercial leadership role. They will have experience in strategy creation and planning, strong executional capability, and credibility in driving efficiency and bringing impactful change and growth initiatives to life.
