A commercially sound people strategy and a competitive EVP are key goals in this role. The Head of People will lead the implementation of the People strategy for the end-to-end Loyalty business.

This role reports to the Executive Manager, Customer & Technology. As a proactive leader, you will identify the people enablers to various business strategies and ensure commercial success. You will also lead the implementation of key projects, drive cultural change and transformation with strong change management discipline, and deliver end-to-end HR services.
