  • The ideal candidate will have experience in modelling commercially and strategically, working with finance partners and business stakeholders to support the growth and success of our organization.
  • This role will involve assisting with the development of key business metrics and strategies, gleaning insights to inform actions and changes to our approach.
  • The Business Strategy Lead will also be responsible for reviewing and prioritizing investments that offer the highest commercial returns and outcomes, as well as tracking and reporting on progress and outcomes delivered by initiatives.
  • This is an important role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functionally.

About the Role:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in portfolio management, corporate finance/investment planning and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial models, business case development and investment governance principles.
  • Experience in developing performance reporting to assess portfolio performance/ROI for strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to present at executive level.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
