Job Description

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of business banking by driving strategic planning, innovation, and performance management initiatives.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and execution of annual strategy, business planning, and budgeting processes across Business Banking, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.
  • Develop AI strategy & roadmap, drive innovation and AI integration by identifying and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives / use cases to increase speed, drive acquisition, efficiency, creativity, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up, pilot and scale innovation & AI change initiatives across domains - Tech / Operations / Marketing / etc.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives, including market opportunity assessments, business case development, support strategic investment decisions, cost optimisation reviews, and strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver timely performance analysis, reporting, and insights to inform leadership decisions and support achievement of key business targets.
  • Provide strategic input into executive and board-level presentations, workshops, and reviews, representing Business Banking in high-impact forums.
