As a Creative Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our business by leading proactive and reactive responses nationally. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement effective strategies that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, working within the advertising or broadcasting industry. They will be able to distil complex challenges into simple ideas and connect them across multiple media platforms.

You will also be responsible for identifying new assets, products, and IP opportunities within the business and matching them with clients to present proactive ideas. This will involve working across the business with key stakeholders, including Sales, Programming, and Creative teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong time management and organisational skills. You will also need to be able to identify research trends and analyse data to inform your strategic decisions.
