**Lead Strategic Salesforce Growth Initiatives**

This role requires a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of business strategies and drive the adoption of Salesforce across our public sector business.

The successful candidate will manage a team in delivering Salesforce projects, collaborating closely with Solution Architects and clients to communicate ideas that meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities include guiding the development team in using the latest Salesforce technology, including Lightning, Apex, Platform Shield, and Salesforce DX.

Additionally, this role involves APEX development, Lightning components, and complex Salesforce configuration, as well as collaboration with a team of technical Salesforce professionals to share knowledge and expertise.
