Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer & Graphic Design Lead to join our Cotton On Menswear team. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our range strategies and driving commercial success. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement range strategies that align with commercial objectives
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to deliver cohesive, trend-driven ranges
- Guide your team in developing key items that resonate with our customers
- Conduct post-seasonal reviews to shape future range strategies and capitalise on growth opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualification or degree in a relevant field (e.g. buying)
- Extensive experience in a similar buying manager role in retail or fashion within menswear
- Experience as a senior graphic designer
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven high-level commercial negotiation skills
- Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results
- Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
- Demonstrated high-level organisation and planning skills
- Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to deliver brand strategy outcomes

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
