Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to join our Cotton On Womenswear team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. As Lead Wovens Product Developer, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring your product team to develop high-quality, sustainable lifestyle products that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with buyers and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, and manage product schedules.
  • Contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure our products meet quality standards and frameworks.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Production, Fashion, Textiles).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Developer with the ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings.
  • Knowledge of Activewear fabrication is highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • The ability to make confident decisions that determine the success of the brand.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.
