Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Buyer to lead our vision in global sourcing. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving category leadership and collaborating with our Trend team to deliver innovative, on-trend products that align with our brand DNA. You'll contribute to department reviews, apply learnings to category decision-making, and identify growth opportunities to ensure the success and profitability of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead category and trend strategy development
  • Collaborate with production and buying teams to deliver compliant and cost-effective products
  • Contribute to department reviews and apply learnings to category decision-making
  • Identify and chase growth opportunities to drive business success
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification / degree in a relevant field (e.g., Buying)
  • Demonstrated experience working with production, trends, and buying teams to achieve strategy vision
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and lead a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make high-impact decisions regarding your category
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
