Role Overview


We're seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Senior Product Developer to join our Cotton On Womenswear team as a key leader in our Wovens category. You will drive our vision by leading and mentoring your Product team to develop ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and mentor a Product team to develop quality products that meet customer standards and frameworks.
  • Partner with buyers and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, and manage product schedules.
  • Contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure our products meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements



  • Degree/qualification in a relevant field such as Production (Fashion, Textiles).
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role with leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to make confident decisions that determine the success of the brand.
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.
