Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-level support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our teams, including updating client files, responding to emails, and performing reception duties. You will also be tasked with setting up meeting rooms, organising catering, and ordering office supplies.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist the team in creating proposals and document templates, review and edit tender and product proposals prior to submission, and ensure contracts have accurate information. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

A successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent written and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
