Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has strong organisational skills and experience in managing administrative functions.
About the RoleAs an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring the efficient use of our accounting system. You will play a vital role in managing our administrative functions while providing critical support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable and receivable using XERO.
- Assist with job scheduling and reconcile transactions as needed.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from staff and external partners.
- Strong computer literacy and experience in XERO accounting software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
