Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to provide high-level support to our sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of personalized proposals and document templates
  • Review and edit tender and product proposals prior to submission
  • Ensure contracts contain accurate and relevant information
  • Develop and edit visual collateral for client presentations, including PowerPoint presentations and booklets
  • Support the development, preparation, and maintenance of templates for client use
  • Verify that important documentation is complete for marketing strategies and product launches

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills, with a focus on task management and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and advanced PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach
